Booking policy

Dear Customer,

Please note that the prices listed are for information purposes only. Your booking is only valid once it has been confirmed by us in some form (e.g. by email or phone).

If the appointment is no longer suitable and you would like to cancel it, you can let us know by email or phone.

If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us in time. As rescheduling takes time, cancellations / appointment changes are free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked appointment (by email or phone), taking opening hours into account.

Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
